Kargeswood is specialized in designing & manufacturing contract furniture & lighting for hotel chain, restaurant & club, villa & apartment, We sourced FF & E products and materials for our customer's contract projects.
We start from design of shop drawings, provide material samples, prepare color finishes, meeting with customer, Co-ordinate logistic,fitting-out. we have standard process to ensure quality, delivery and customer satisfaction.
Our technical department will work on shop drawings for all products we will produce for the project, for each project we may need one or two week to prepare the drawings depend on big or small project for customer's approval before mass production.
For every project, once we get the control samples, we will prepare our own finish sample, fabric samples, metal and stone, acrylic and others for designer's approval.
For each project, our customer always has something they are not able to find right suppliers, we have team in Asian countries, we always do our best to find right supplier and products for you. This become our regular works now.
We provide Door to Door service for all our customers who need this service. We try our best to get best price, control the cost of shipping and transportation for our customers.
For each project our project team will follow up with our customer until everything is installed and check anything we can help, we always replaced for items with problem until our customers are satisfied.
We offer our warranty for all products from our factory, once we start to work with any customer, we will consider him as our partner. We will take care of them as our partner, even time reach out of warranty date, we will help them in whatever we can our customer.
